Problem with DCS210+ connecting to Win10

I am a former Lenz user that just changed to Digitrax ?(changed RR club).

I have the following:

?

- win10 laptop

- 5.10 decoderpro

- AZUL ZULU JDK 17.56.15(17.0.14) 64 bit

- DCS210+ USB connected on comm7

- Loconet server is running on port 1234

?

My issue is it starts reading decoder and returns error 306.

I searched older records and could not find relevant info.

I believe your problem is here :

I believe you did not chose the proper port. COM7 in your log is not the integrated Digitrax PR4. IT is some other serial port device and not the DCS210+ and it's PR4.
You need to confirm the proper port used for your DCS210+ and it should show up like this :

When I unplug the USB connector it is comm7 that disappears.? ?Also the prog light flashes so believe it is communicating.
Will check again.?
 

I changed to comm3.? I? now get 308 error.? Prog light flashes orange before 308 error reading cv's.

I found with all the changes from Lenz to DCS210+ system I neglected to plug in the power pax. ?All good now. ?Thanks
