Can JMRI identify where an engine is on layout panel

In no particular order: Transponding (Digitrax and maybe one or two other makers) RailCom (mostly European decoder makers, TCS, and part of the DCC standard) RFID tags under stock, lots of options in DIY areas. Ken Heywood All Messages By This Member #224006 One other way in JMRI, but one that is not rock solid. If you are using Dispatcher tool to move trains with transits, Dispatcher will place the roster entry into an occupied block's Value column in the Block Table. Values don't get placed for non-Dispatcher throttles.
