There is, under "More" you can delete a message that you've created.

It's best NOT to delete a message, rather post another saying it's resolved or such. This is because your message has already gone out to members receiving individual emails for every message and possibly those receiving digests. Those people may reply to that original message not knowing it was deleted from the archive.
