Nick,
The dog bone xml file has two Logix definitions: ?Gallitzen and SYS.
Sensor groups are implemented using Logix as conditionals within the SYS Logix. ? When the USS xml file is loaded after the dog bone xml file, the SYS Logix already exists so the sensor group conditionals in the USS xml file are ignored.
Since the sensors for the turnout levers, signal levers, signal indicators, and code buttons are internal sensors, these need to be initialized. ?Each sensor group should have 1 active sensor and the rest set inactive.
I use an "Initializer" style LRoute to set a Reset sensor active and then create one or more Routes to initialize various items triggered by the Reset sensor. ?The LRoute creates a Logix called RTXINITIALIZER. ?This Logix runs before any other Logix after the panel loading is completed.
For me, the Logix definitions start with the conditionals "false". ? I have not seen "Unknown".

Nick,
A zip file of the icons would be great. ? A clean panel load helps with the research.?

Dave,
I have loaded both panel files . I didn't load the combined panel files or the special track icons used on the Layout Editor file. I can load them if you need them. The owner created them for sensors on the layout panel.
Thanks,
Nick
