I did some more checking and found the file name of the xml file storing the id tags has changed. In 4.14 it was "PanelProIdTags.xml. In 4.16 a file named "PanelProTranspondingTags.xml is created and starts adding tags to it as they are read. If I rename my old PanelProIdTags.xml file to the new name all of my tags show up. But there's more, I now find my Cars database is missing the id tags. If I try to add them back I see what appear to be system id tag names instead of user names. This is very hard to read and why have the relationships been lost? Do I have to go back and re-identify the tag for each car? Or is this "transponding" file the right one to use? Still a bit confused here.
