Jack,
If you look at the system console (Help >> System Console) you will see a lot of errors.
What you are seeing on the panel is a result of the errors. By any chance, did you try renaming a block table entry after assigning blocks to the cross-overs?

I've been working on a layout that includes 6 crossovers, 3 left hand and 3 right hand. I've uploaded my layout to Full Yard. When I open this panel, I can no longer right click on the 4 upper crossovers to edit them. The lower two crossovers still work. Also, why are my track lines not showing the main line width on these crossovers. Is there anything I can do to make the layout look more consistent. It seems that there is a problem when you have one crossover connected directly to another.
