Hi guys wen my ic 7000 is in service mode i cannot adjust the power settings. ever had this before?

Shorting plug in the REMOTE jack? Will it go into service mode without the plug? I've never tried it.

More info would help.? Can you make any adjustments?? Are you sure you have the audio input as specified in the TX setup -- correct connections and right signal level?? Have you verified your coax and dummy load present a 50 ohm load and the DC voltage at the radio are above 13 VDC?

Does the radio produce TX power when operating in normal mode on 10 or 14 MHz?? ?

I've never had any problems doing the adjustments per the procedures, if the radio is working correctly.

Yes i know about the jack in the back. i have conncted a dummy load still nothing replaced the final that is a comman problem still cannot adjust. Think my pre driver might be the problem

Reception is fine but only transmits about 3 watts on uhf nothing on 2 meters and nothing on hf. the two predrivers havebeen replaced the main driver has been replaced and all the other drivers still the same...pre drivers and all the finals where replaced

Forgot to add get power at the J101 and then also low at the driver and the finals . But it as low as if not txing
