?? I just purchased a 7000 with the primary usage being mobile 2 and 432 SSB/FM in various vehicles.? All of the memories are tunable.? Is there any way to lock them so the frequency can't be changed by an inadvertent knock on the tuning dial?? If it's in the manual I missed it.? Thanks/

Manual Page 37 I think....? The Speech/Lock Button....long press it.

There is also the mechanical lock on right side of head by big knob.

Thanks Neil, I've owned my 7000 since 2007 and just found out from your post that there is a mechanical lock on the right side of the tuning knob. I just tried it for the first time!??
