开云体育Found my price list at work -- as of September of this year: The whole kit is RMK-7000 F1 -- $87 at HRO. This is the radio bracket, head bracket and an 11-foot cable.? The cheapest prices for the individual pieces is $35 for the MB-62 radio bracket, $22 for the MB-105 head bracket, and $40 for the OPC-1443 11-foot cable. The cheapest price on the OPC-1444 16-foot cable is $77.? ?? ? ? ? This message was delivered by flying monkeys! On Dec 30, 2013, at 0:36, James Ashworth <wb4hxf@...> wrote:

I have been doing business with Ebay, and just watch the dealer feedback and refuse to do business outside Ebay (never been asked). Ebay actually has buyer protection; I got an antenna from a merchant, it was a dual band, refused to tune, emailed the merchant, he gave me a refund, and didn't even ask for the antenna back. Also, got a TS-520S, my first and only Kenwood, it tuned 80 watts on most bands, replaced the driver, got 100, sold it for $100.00 more than I paid.Alex Netherton

开云体育I do business on eBay occasionally and have had only one incident where I had to get eBay customer service involved. I purchased an EF Johnson radio which was suppose to be new, with a specific firmware version on it. I had taken it to my local EF Johnson service center, who confirmed that the radio was old enough that EF Johnson was no longer supporting that particular radio and there was no way it was what had been advertised. Therefore, it could not be programmed or used without the specific, proprietary software, which was not available from the manufacturer or the eBay company I purchased the radio from. So, I contacted the seller advising them of this. Since I was pushing my 14 day return period at this point, due to a holiday and the scheduling at the service center, I also advised that I was shipping the radio back. It was refused upon delivery. I contacted customer service at this point and within 2 days of having my statement, I received an email from them indicating that they would be refunding my money and had included a shipping label to ship the radio back to the seller. My full, refund was received the next day by PayPal. My point is, eBay is not as bad as it once was, as far as getting ripped off. ...Please forgive me for any possible typos. :-) On Dec 31, 2013, at 2:40, BT Yahoo!?2013 <robert.farey@...> wrote:

Got an MFJ-993B off Ebay, works fine, will tune a barbed wire fence. Also a MFJ-931 to make a ground where there isn't. The 931 had a dirty meter, but I replaced that, and it works fine. Of course, if everybody was alike, this would be a dull world! Enjoy your 7K! 73 de KC4BO Alex Netherton <> On Mon, Dec 30, 2013 at 9:20 AM, Bill Boyer <daweasel@...> wrote:

I have had great luck on eBay.? I know several others that have had similar success.? I guess we are 'lucky?'?? When I shop, I go to eBay FIRST, then Amazon SECOND.? My wife does the same, but favors AMAZON, due to the selection and reviews there. 73 and good luck. ---In ic7000@..., <robert.farey@...> wrote: Hi so you so seem to be the exception as most get ripped off. ????????????????????????????????????????????? robert G6LLP |

Ebay is sort of like Wikipedia; a bad start, bad quality control, but getting better all the time. I trust both now (but verify anyway). KC4BOAlex Netherton On Wed, Jan 1, 2014 at 11:30 AM, john hinds <m0eou@...> wrote:
