FCC approval

Has anyone searched the FCC website for documents
concerning the approval cycle required by the FCC for
type acceptance or whatever they call it. This
process takes several months and must be done prior to
US marketing. The problem is knowing what ICOM called
the 7000 when they submitted it to the FCC. It could
be under a code name.

My contacts say the radio exists already.
We will probably see it under the glass at Dayton 2005 this year.

Ic 7000 is not for TX only Rx some one have got model numbers wrong
But .Thier is R 7000 model out have seen on a website.Yes
keith you are right in a way this radio has software problems
I read on some website the Rx frequency go up to 10000mz
this on rx model

I will have second look around the Web
