I think the red flags went up for many of us who read the original post and folks are just trying to establish if this is legitimate or not.? I don't know if this is a legit posting or not, but he claims to have just moved into an apartment.? Well, the FCC ULS says he has lived at the same street address since 2005 -- in an apartment.? In 2014 when? KC0TSC renewed his license he added the apartment number to the address but the building number and street name did not change.? Hmmm.
I hope it is legit but "caveat emptor".
