I have a S9 noise level on 20m all the time.? The other bands are around S3. Anyone else have similar noise?

First, I would try a different radio/receiver on the same antenna to see if it is a radio problem or noise that is really present. If the latter, try powering down everything you can in your house and shack. Many wall-wart power supplies generate RFI in that frequency range, as do Internet routers, bridges, accessory devices, LED lighting, etc. If that clears the noise, power them back on, one at a time, until you find the culprit.

If the noise is there even with everything else off, it could be some device at a nearby neighbor’s, or coming in through the power line. You can run the radio off a battery to see if it’s the power line.
