Upload files -- subscriber permission

I was unable to upload an IBM benefits file to the files section. Do subscribers have permission to upload files??
The file I was attempting to upload is attached to this post.

10/29/19 edit? - attachment deleted as it is now available in files section of this group.

Yes, members can upload files. Since you are a new member in this group, you were automatically on moderation. You are now unmoderated. Try it now and see if it works for you.

Thanks for the lead. I changed the settings to allow subscribers to upload files. Try it again.
