Trying to Connect with PPA Participants Close to or Recently Retired

 

As the subject indicates I am trying to connect with some PPA participants who were NOT first or second choicers but were "supposedly" entitled to the "enhanced annuity" that have recently or are soon about to retire. I have uncovered something that IBM is attempting that I do not believe is supported by the PPA Plan Document as written. I believe it is an "interpretation" issue and am trying to determine if I should pursue legal action to attempt to challenge that interpretation.?
