I called Optum bank and was told my funds would NOT be available until after February 1st, and that while I could submit my yearly reoccurring reimbursement requests now it would probably be best to wait until funds were deposited and the two accounts (perpetual dormant and perpetual active) were merged into one account.? Then I guess it might take another two weeks after that submission to process the monthly reimbursements for Jan and Feb.
