I got a couple for free along with a couple of air pumps, maybe someone was using them as fish tanks. They're about 250 x 200 x 75mm, perhaps a bit bigger than I'd like but for the price I'm happy.

It will. Nothing stops you from taking some 1/4 inch steel plate and using it as a clamp to hold the board down. You have to worry about flex and the board bending and getting caught between the
