GG,
If the noise gets louder with the expression pedal it's definitely not the
power transistors. Do any other controls affect the noise? Volume soft,
Brilliance, Vibrato, Rhythm Volume? A common cause of noise on the T-500 is
the edge connector on the auto-acc. board. The one on top of the generator
shelf at your right as you look in the back, see if moving the connector
slightly makes any difference.

Subject: [hammond_zone] T500 Noisy amp
Hi
New to Zone.
I have a T500 with noisy amps. A constant white noise gets louder with
expression.
It has not been played for some years. Do i need to replace the power
transistors?
Any help would be appreciated.
