We do not have a Green ballot line for Congressional District 3 (Rosa DeLauro's seat), but the Independent Party does. Anyone can apply for endorsement, but I think they are especially looking for a pro-Palestine candidate. But since one might be often unopposed, you probably would have a good chance. But they don’t do much foreign policy. I guess one would be fighting their wish to cross endorse the Republican and keep ballot access by getting at least 1% of the votes. So it appears that if you wish to be considered for their nomination as a candidate, if they have ballot line access, (which they do for CD-3), you have to appeal to them and their self described “centrism” to approve you as their candidate.
