Top band Reflector

Mike\(W5UC\) & Kathy\(K5MWH\)

Earlier today someone mentioned the top band reflector. I love 160 and can't
wait until the bands get quiet enough for it to be productive. However I
have a lot to learn about building some kinda receiving antenna that will
improve my reception. How do I find it?

Mike, W5UC

Hi Mike,
?
Arguably, the printed authority is?ON4UN's Low Band DXing - an informative read. On the internet there is, the Topband Reflector, topband@... and others on Contesting.com. A good antenna reflector is rec.radio.amateur.antenna .

Good Morning John & all:

?

Thanks for the good info.? Someone sent me the info on Topband and it looks like a great reflector.? I have a copy of ON4UN’s book but it is right at 20 years old. (Do you suppose I should update? Hi)? I will explore the antenna reflector you mentioned.? It’s finally beginning to get a little cooler in east Texas(55 yesterday AM and 61 this AM) and I am more than ready for things to get quiet on 160.? Bring it on! Thanks again.

?

Mike, W5UC
