Hello Ian, tks for email regarding? Shelia Holgate, I never actually met her ,Roy? was a fine chap, a near neighbour to me.? Hope all going ok for you ?

It is sad news indeed. I met Shelia at least a couple of times and I am sure she was at Roy's leaving do at the YMCA some years ago.

I got to know Roy Holgate quite well when I was chairman of the radio club and Roy was General Secretary of the Maidstone YMCA
