Dear club colleague, it appears no club in Kent has responded to the attached letter sent to all affiliated clubs in?September, regarding the plans for an RSGB Centenary callsign tour of the UK.
However, the county has been allocated the 11th and 12th of August 2013 (Sun/Mon) to air the callsign, and I am following up to see which clubs may have missed the initial call for volunteers to operate the SES from Kent.
?
Meanwhile, if any club would like to be involved with the planning and operating on the above days please let me know asap.

I've emailed keith , as this letter has never been passed round the club before and we havn't recieved the yearbook either which is normally mailed to the Hut.

As it apears the letter was sent with the yearbook
