Neutral/Earth failure on a TN-C-S PME Service

ian hope All Messages By This Member #391 Hi all I am for my sins involved in writting a article on Uk earthings sytems and RF earthing for Radcom and possible changes to the RSGB PME guidance leaflet. ? There is a Note going into radcom asking if anyone has had a Neutral/Failure on a TN-C-S pme service ? ? Mains earth failures ? An article is in preparation on earthing and we would particularly like to hear of any instances of a mains Neutral/Earth failure on a property supplied by a PME (TN-C-S) connection. This is the type where the neutral and earth are combined on the supply cable to the house main inlet fuse. When the failure occurred, did any connected RF earths or coax earths become the system Earth/Neutral path? Did any damage occur? We all know with a TN-C-S system there is the chance if you have a Neutral/Earth Failure your Rf earth could become the system earth, But we are interested if anyone has actually had it happen ?
