The club constitution clearly states that the Secretary is responsible for all communications, but I have seldom received any from him. What is the point of having members appointed to undertake official roles within the club if others have to do their job? Nominations for various positions should be communicated to the Secretary, so everything is conducted officially according to the constitution, but it appears we just do as we like!
