Hello ?fellow radio ops.

Just an email to let you know that we are on another nautical adventure, this time to warmer climes, namely the eastern Mediterranean. We left Dover on 9th September and have gained permission to operate from 'the master of the vessel' and deployed the antenna. Today we made our ?first contacts on 15m and later on 12m. We are presently off Portugal and have a sea day tomorrow arriving in Gibraltar on 13th September. We then leave for Syracuse ?arriving 16th Sept.

Following our experience on the last voyage of losing our access to BT Mail and being unable to circulate information we now have an account with G-mail as a 'back-up'

In the meantime you are likely to find us on 15m in the mornings and on 12m in the late afternoons on or near our preferred frequencies of 21.058 or 21.285 and 24.906 and 24.960. all are ?+/- up to 5Khz.

It is worth checking the Reverse Beacon Network to see what band we are active on even if you are a SSB only op. We will endeavour to call CQ on the SSB frequencies after calling on the CW frequencies. ?

We hope to give a more definitive schedule once we find what conditions prevail
