Just a note concerning last evening’s 80m impromptu net. Firstly to thank, Colin G0UJK, Lawrie G4FAA, Keith G4TJE and Peter G7ULL for turning up on a very crowded and noisy band for fairly relaxed and extensive natter.

Unfortunately both Colin and I had overlooked that we were clashing with the RSGB Club’s CW Contest. My thanks to Bob G4DBW, Peter G3RQZ and Mark G0GQT who were taking part in this very popular contest for letting me know the reason for their non-appearance.

With any future net dates rest assured we will consult the contest calendar and give more than a few days’ notice.
