We have another sea-day today (29/1) as we sail from Puerto Limon in Costa Rica to Roatan Honduras. We are now six hours behind GMT.

We will be on the radio for most of the day starting on 17mtrs at around 1600hrs GMT. We are sorry to say that 15mtrs is proving to be very noisy making it very nearly useless for any signal below an S7.

Therefore, we will move from 17m straight to 12m and then to 10m. Ending the day on 30m.? Check the RBN to see what band we are operating.
