The Special?Event Station GB4VVV for the 80th anniversary of VE Day will be operating on 20m SSB from around 16:00 to 19:30 utc using an FT-817 and a 20m dipole made from two AMPRO mobile whips at 3.6m agl. I'll be as close to 14.1945 MHz as I can, other users permitting. Other bands will be in use depending on who turns up. We will be operating from the club car park so at the mercy of the weather.

Then on Saturday 10th we'll be active from the clubroom of South Notts ARC on 20m running more power, and on 2m/70cm, from 12:00 (or perhaps a little earlier) until 16:00 utc. Please listen and give us a shout. We are hoping to attract new members to the club.
