I think the only thing active and probably will go bad on the PA board are the 2 transistors.? I am sure they can be found, try ebay, and replace them.

I did have the drive transistors located on the main board beside the PA board go bad and did replace them, this was 20 years ago when my first PA board died from storing batteries in the rig for like 6 months.
