Thought I'd pass this along (maybe many of you already know this): I
normally leave the menu on the brk/kyr menu so I can easily turn off
the break-in and set cw speed. Its always bothered me that I have to
switch through several menus to change from the wide to narrow
filters when in cw. It is just so much easier to hunt around using a
wide filter. An easy way to effectively do this is to always leave
the narrow filter on for cw, then use the dwn mode switch to select
USB (first step down) for wide filter while you are tuning around.
