I am thinking of purchasing an ATX antenna (Parents currently in UK !)
Reports of broken pins in the BNC worry me somewhat.

Should I go for the PL-259 or the BNC version?
I tend to favour the BNC version, but am concerned about the reports.

Any advice??

If I had to do it again, I'd go for the PL-259 connector. The bnc just
doesn't seem very 'sturdy' for such a heavy antenna. I am using an
adapter with mine to run it off the PL-259...I am sure I am losing
some of the signal but I don't want to take a chance with it. Jo
