Maybe to clearify due to language or translation problems:
The PCB needs to be build-up by your own. All parts are in. But need to be soldered on the PCB.
So my description "nearly ready-to-go" might not be 100% correct - on the technical point-of-view...hihi.
Only the PTT switch and the A/B switch need to be removed from the original PCB of the MH-31 as they need to be used here too.
All other parts, as well as the special replacement PCB, are within the kit.
So a hamradio opeartion, with medium soldering skills, should be able to build this up easily.
