Yep, PLL not in lock.? Download the service manual and look up alignment.? They tell you how to align the PLL.? Just be real careful with the coils.? Also make sure your power supply is dead on 13.8 volts.? I would send it back and let Yaesu handle it.? They made it, they know how to fix it.? They can also do a checkup on it while they have it.
