I built this lifting workbench on the Rangate lift cart. The workbench has a 3030 aluminum extrusion based torsion box that provides MFT table-style side clamping on all four slides. The base of the torsion box doubles up like a giant tray for temporarily holding tools and loose items while you work.?

Only suggestion might be to add a few cap head screws around the permiter tied into the 3030 with drop in T-Nuts.

If its anything like my custom MFT, just be weary that horizonal surface is a magnet for items that you dont find a home for!
