Tooling sleeves

I'm wondering if anyone here has a source for 65mm od tooling sleeves? Omas has up to 60mm but I don't see anything at 65mm. I'd prefer to just buy one rather than machine one.?

Jared, my Zuani sleeves are 65 mm OD.
They are not threaded though like your picture.
They are a through bolt. My old Garniga sleeves are 60mm and threaded with double nuts.

Thanks Joe. Omas has through bolted sleeves but only 60mm od / 50mm id. I'll look around some more.?

The Zuani ones might work. They are 3 bolt for tenon heads and 4 bolt for profile heads.

Jared, what type head are you trying to mount?
Sleeves are usually specific to the manufacturer.

Joe, it's an Omas cope head/stack.?

No Holes in the head. Will have to be a threaded sleeve.

Or have a simple top hat sleeve made that is just below the top cutter so the spindle nut will hold everything tight. Probably have spacers between the cutters?

Joe, thanks for the info on the through bolt sleeve. I hadn't seen those ans was wondering what they centered on with the bolts in the way. I never considered the heads were bored for the bolts. I think for a top hat bushing it would need to 2 peice and ideally one long enough to go through all three plates with a short one on the bottom just to keep everything together. If I'm going to machine it (and it looks like I'm going to have to) I might as just machine a threaded sleeve and top nut and let it sit as an assembly.??

Mac, I've done business with Oella before but I don't see anything on his website with the dimensions I'm looking for.?

Jared, that should work. I was thinking of a single top hat bushing because that’s how I run a Garniga square edge sticking cutter set I used on the Crafter. Because the groover is adjustable from cabinet doors to house doors I have it on a bushing with a hollowed out top cap that tightens the whole assembly on the shaft regardless of how many spacers I’m using on the groover.

Seems like Omas should have a sleeve for that cutter set. Did you talk to the US dealer?
