Anyone have any guidance on how to install the little pieces that came with it? :) Tony ------------------------------------ To Post a message, send it to: felder-woodworking@... On my pre-X roll CF731, the short crosscut fence extension friction knob John is talking about has a very small brass-looking nubbin which sits atop the threaded portion above the knob. The brass thingy actually engages the fence extension...maybe keeps it from getting marred? Anyway, if you leave the knob loose, it will eventually vibrate itself more loose (looser?) and fall to the floor. Then you will have to spend valuable shop time searching for that damn little brass nubbin so it can be put back together right.
