Help with FOG use
I¡¯m new here with just my second post but am trying to read many of the posts to learn more since I¡¯ve just put a deposit down on a K700S. My habit with other forums, such as SMC or OWWM, is to skim back through most of the pages to read topics that interest me. I¡¯ve gone back through several hundred pages on many sites, which makes me a more informed poster.
Here, when I scroll down, after opening a thread to read it, when I use either the bottom left blue arrow or the browser back button, sometimes I go back to the same spot on the list of topics, but often I¡¯m sent back to the top of the list (the most recent ones), which means I have to start scrolling again. I¡¯m using an iPad on Safari and have used both the ¡°messages¡± and the other thread setting. I do see the actions button to list all topics from the oldest but would rather read most recent than start at year 2000! Thanks for any help. Jon |
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýI¡¯m looking at it in Safari on a mac, click conversations, under actions, pick slim, scroll down to where you want to be, select a message, then at the top of the reading window, right next to ¡°View¡± are two arrows, go forward and backwards. If you have read the message, when you go back to the list, the ones you have read will be grayed out and the ones you haven¡¯t will still be blue. You will have to scroll down again to reach the new blue ones as it doesn¡¯t keep track of how far you have gone since you entered the ¡°reading¡± window, it will dump you back into the messages list where you entered the reading view.
