Well, I am a small shop. When my saw stopped working I called Felder and managed to get someone to help me that morning.? As it turns out, the break board was the problem, this caused my switches to burn out. So how did we figure this out?? Wyeth Schiffelbein spent hours over the phone helping me trace and test the wiring. In my mind that was good service, Terry Masten over-nighted some parts to me, and I was up and running. I consider Felder service to be top notch after what these gentlemen did for me.
