Clearvue shaker?
Installed this before the official accessory existed....Amazon buy, pneumatic vibratory mechanism GT13. I consider it necessary equipment, esp. if you overload your cyclone ever or you don't have a perfectly sealing dust bin like my current one.? There are electric variants that also have merit. Also prior discussions if you search back a couple years in the messages. On Fri, Dec 29, 2023, 10:06?PM Bob Wise <bob@...> wrote:

I haven't replaced with anything else bigger yet, though it does use a lot of air, it's easy to flip open a valve by the saw when I notice a performance drop cleaning up at end of the day. It comes down like snow.? The dust build up is NOT from cyclone performance,? that's because I compromised my dust bin for a modified trash can on the range of 100gal, and it does not seal well like a proper clamp collared steel or plastic drum. It never did that when I used proper bins before. Another system we use has never accumulated dust in the filters requiring cleaning in over 2 years.? It also has a reliable bin level monitor and never gets overfilled. On Sat, Dec 30, 2023, 1:52?PM marty shultz <azmartys@...> wrote: Does the GT13 shaker work well, Brett? |
It looks like the Clearvue mounting flange is a quality piece, Looks like that's what you are paying for from them. On Wed, Jan 3, 2024 at 5:45?AM <bombamanwa@...> wrote:

The video from Meyer () shows that he tested versions made from wood and what looks plastic (probably HDPE).? Should be easy to make one of those even without a CNC or laser. |
开云体育Thanks for the share, I will be picking up one of those vibrators and some phenolic to make my own!? On Jan 3, 2024, at 12:54 PM, G Fuqua <gilfuqua@...> wrote:

I've ordered the 100W version. I'll try it and report back if it is too strong.? On Fri, Jan 5, 2024 at 6:57?AM Steve Wurster <steven.m.wurster@...> wrote: According to a comment on this post, Meyer is using the 30W version of the vibrator motor. |

I have the 100w version in hand and have plugged it in. Doesn't seem outrageously too strong, but i'll need to actually hook it up to the filters and try it to be sure. Does not seem like you would want it on for more than a few seconds - it's that strong. But for a strong shake for a few seconds seems ok. For now. Will update as I make progress. 开云体育Very easy to put on timer if I can do it any one can ,,,I am electric control challenged .Omron control can program on and off and set so it comes on after cycle. You can buy one from granger for 30.00 If you are shaking 4 bags you probably want? The 100 watts just a guess though.? I salvaged one 3 phase 1/2 hp and started it to test and it jumped off the table and killed itself. 开云体育FWIW, I describe the use of a timer with a current sense in the link below. It will automatically drive the load (shaker in this case) after the set time expires. If you use the current sense, the timer will only count when the dust collector is powered/running. Without current sense, it will count irrespective of the dust collector running or not. This particular timer will drive a 3A load via the internal relay and you can connect up to 250VAC to the relay to deliver to the load. I do not see a DC rating, I can speculate but best to contact Inkbird so for a DC load. If you have a heavier load, you can use the internal relay to drive an external relay. Let me know if you have any questions regarding this timer usage. Imran Malik On Jan 7, 2024, at 1:28 AM, mac campshure via groups.io <mac512002@...> wrote:
