Spiral cutter stuck torx head screw. AD941 #ad941 #helps #jointer #jointerplaner

Hi there, I have 2x stuck torx head screws (I think that's the name) stuck?my spiral cutter . The heads are not stripped. To scared to push it too hard. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to loosen them?
Thanks Chris.

It is T20 torx head screw.?

When I tried to loose the screw the very first time, I felt I would break my wrist.?

If you have a long wrench with the T20 bit, it would be a lot easier.

Did you consider an impact driver? The impact nature of it will generally break loose the screw.

I used to remove stuck screws from cutterheads for ?Ortlie tools . Used a fine point on propane torch with good fitting tool.?
Make sure cutterhead doesn’t move.

I'd use an impact screwdriver...something like?Lisle 29200. These are tremendously useful in cases like this where you need some extra force to make sure the fastener doesn't strip while trying to turn out. Everyone should own one!

Thanks everyone for the ideas. Tapping with the hammer with 1/4" drive did the trick.
