Wade, me thinks you have slurped too much Felder brand Kool-Aid. ?Great castors are cheap and easy to put on. ?Last time I looked Barth wanted something like $1K for a laminated top with holes. ?That too is cheap and easy to fabricate in your shop, or outsource to a water-jet facility. ??
The Hafele tilting panel cart is no longer sold by Hafele. ?I had one myself, on sale it was $299 in 2002. ?I sold it when I moved, missed it so much I wanted to buy another, but they had stopped selling them, so I got the Shop Cart which is eve beefier. ?I too replaced the castors on my Hafele cart..

I have the Hafelle panel cart also. That thing is a tank. It's not my favorite for moving sheet goods, our drywall cart is better for that. But for the flexibility of tilting and working on a piece, and adjusting the height as necessary it can't be beat. Jason Holtz J. Unfortunately alignment of the slider is set only approximately at the factory. Pull up some of the videos by David Best on alignment, and set aside some time to work on your saw. It is a PITA, but it will be worth your time. -- John Hinman Boise ID K700S and A941

Yes, I do get burning and am not sure if my belt is loose. Can you please advise me on how ro remedy these issues? You would think that since my saw is relatively new, that these things would be properly set at the factory.?

David I have the 10¡¯ shop cart for a while I made quick adapters to hinge doors .? Also changed two wheels so the all swivel.? I also cut the side shelf so I can flip and pin So it is not sticking up in the way ! It now fits under my bandsaw outfeed table when not in use but usually has parts in progress stored. Unit is well built and has a little bit of adjustment . Handy outfeed table also. I also have a couple heavy duty Southtown? One sits 7¡± off floor and has ?wheels and a wheel hitch it has a steel top and goes up to 42¡± ? ?4¡¯x 6¡¯ 4,000# cap.? My most used work bench is steel frame with full storage under on wheels . 30¡± tall with 1¡± Baltic brich top and 1/4 ¡° Masonite throw away .? I also have a few nice adjustable surgery tables they have numerous adjustments . Mac,,
