Exploring An Experienced Virtual Facilitator for a Large Event for November
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýHello great group: I am exploring with this group. We are looking for an experienced virtual facilitator for a large meeting that we have coming up in November. We will need someone who can work with us to help plan it, set it up and then facilitate the session. This is for a collective impact network. ?As well, during the process with the person, ?we are wanting to build capacity with our team on how to do a large event virtually. We have this event normally 2x per year, about 80 people. I am the overall facilitator and am very experienced with face to face events, ?but am just learning about virtual facilitation so this capacity building with an experienced person will be great. I am thinking that Mural would be a great platform but am open to ideas. If anyone has ideas about this, can provide advice, ideas on what to say in an RFP, ?or is interested in this, please contact me Laurie Ringaert : laurie@.... ? ? ? while it is still early days, let me suggest you consider Remo.co? I just used this for a conference where we had over 200 people at it. It mostly held up ok.? they have integrated deskle into each table. Deskle is in the same class as miro and Mural.? It solved about 80% of my problems.? It takes? a little planning to make everything work right, and you need a couple people to manage things as people step into the space. But it came off reasonably well for us.? How long is this event? It will make a difference.? I have been trying to filter what is in need of being synchronous and what does not need to be synchronous.? It changes how you look at the meeting(s)? On Sat, May 16, 2020 at 3:52 AM Laurie Ringaert <Laurie@...> wrote:
