Hello Beth,
Here is an integration between Slido and Zoom using QiqoChat.
I created an event space on Qiqo with 10 breakouts.? I?embedded both Slido and Google Docs in?breakout room 2?(screenshot is attached).? Everyone is invited to test out .
If you click the green button at the top of that page, Microsoft Teams will launch as the video tool for breakout room 2.? In the other breakout rooms, the green button will instead launch Zoom (our default for all breakout rooms), GoToMeeting, Google Meet, or Jitsi.? Each breakout space has their own online?tools (ie Google Docs, Mentimeter, etc) plus a tool for audio/video.
Qiqo is a tool that provides web pages as breakout rooms where participants can see who is in which room and they can move themselves.? When we release this feature next week, facilitators & clients will be able connect the tools that they are already paying for (Zoom, MS Teams, Mentimeter, etc).
The largest event on the platform so far was last week with 450 participants ().? Honestly, I can?use some advice from colleagues on this email list for how to set pricing for this service.? What would be a fair way to set pricing that works for people who use Qiqo for free events in their?community (they have zero budget but can probably take donations) and also professional facilitators & clients who are charging their participants $60-$1500 per ticket?? Suggestions are most welcome. Lucas Cioffi Lead Software Engineer,? Scarsdale, NY 917-528-1831

I have slido since it came out for hundreds of in person events, especially keynotes to make them more interactive.? In the virtual setting, I had some users have some issues with jumping between zoom and slido, but these were not tech savvy users.? Also, slido has been working on integrations with Zoom, google slides, PPT to make moving between platforms more seamless.
I think the google docs for TRIZ is simpler user experience.
Slido is great for polling, questions, and crowdsourcing and voting on ideas. ?

thanks Lucas, looking forward to experience the new features in Qiqo
An interesting issue on pricing. There are so many ways to do it. The key is keeping it simple and in a way that makes sense for the facilitator that has to purchase it.
Possibly a price per user/event might make sense as it is the way most of facilitators work. You facilitate a session (or a series of linked sessions), you get paid.
Sizing of rooms might make sense, different pricing for different room sizes. Sometimes you just need 5 rooms for a 30 people gathering, but it might make more sense to be a different price poing of a 5-room and a 120 o 300 people gathering with 12 rooms.?
Another option is to charge per room/participants. A fee for the participants and the number of rooms needed (kind of when conference centers charge you for the different rooms).
Just try to keep it as simple as possible as most of us facilitators are not that well versed in math! Probably a calculator makes sense in some place of the website.??
I believe one of the big reasons Zoom became so popular is because the pricing was easy to understand, 100 people, unlimited time, one room at a time, you pay 15 USD a montht, and that's it. Extra features, extra fixed cost. No cumbersome calculations to make.
Just my two cents. .?
