Zoom Audio transcripts?

(I think this may just be for business/professional accounts). However, the recording came back saying “unable to transcribe transcript”. My recording was in Spanish. Might this be the issue? I am not seeing anything about this in the Zoom support/help information. Thanks!! If there are facilitators who use Zoom in other languages besides English I too would like your advice on how to get a transcript!
