Given that you are a newcomer, you are pardoned (just this one time) from the perhaps fruitless task of trying to find this stuff in the EV_Update Archives all by yourself. Copied below are what I believe are all the Year 2002 Postings regarding the sale of 1995 EVC middle seats. You might try contacting these list members directly to see if the seats are still available, in particular the one posted 12/06/02. Please be aware that the floor attachment design changed for the 1997 and later EVC's, so the middle seat you are looking for has to be specifically for the 1995. You might also do a search on eBay. (Schuye Walker) I have the following items for sale. I want to give members of this list first crack at them, before I put them up on Ebay. (fnacer) For anyone interested, this was at the used car lot of Carter VW on 15th and 53rd in Ballard. Didn't ask the price (I needed one for a '00). Looked like it could use a good cleaning. Happy bargaining! Farid ======================================================= Subj: [ev_update] middle seat for sale from 95 evc Date: 12/06/02 8:52:02 PM Eastern Standard Time From: econaut@... (flaman530 <econaut@...>) I have the middle seat from a 95 eurovan camper for sale. Seat is in superb condition. $250. I live in Florida. ======================================================= (Not 1995 EVC, but of interest to you) Subj: [ev_update] Shipping Middle Seat very possible... Date: 12/04/02 9:47:21 PM Eastern Standard Time From: ellisjames@... (Jim Ellis) I bought a middle seat after we acquired our EVC. It was shipped from Colorado to AZ via UPS in two boxes. Hex heads and regular bolts hold the back to the base. Placement of floor hardware and belt hardware in HD plastic bag taped to the arm etc. Arm rests (were there any??) and belts in smallish box inside one of the larger boxes. I paid through the butt for my seat. Wife hated having it in the mid-deck so it sits in the garage until the kids are old enough to have soccer team/ballerina class buddies. Something inside of me thinks that it will be handy ~ someday... -Ellis Phoenix, AZ 97 EVC w/ "check engine" light syndrome (hand me my wire snips...!) ;-0~ !! ======================================================= |

I live in Thornton. We have the middle bench seat and LOVE it! Some folks don't like them, but they really aren't that difficult to maneuver around. MUCH more value than not having it. We have 3 kids and it is an indispensible addition. You might try John Bigelow at JDB Imports (www.jdbimports.com). He is located in Commerce City and can be reached at 1-888-872-9517 or 303-287-9797. We bought our 95 EVC from him. He's a great guy and knows A LOT about the campers. He might have a seat he could sell, or tell you where to go. (Tell him Jason who bought the last 95 EVC he had last month sent you). Alternately, you could try these folks: Chris allentown, pa 610-395-2485 I don't know much about them, but they always post on the VWs for sale sites claiming they have a lot of seat options. (May only be for Vanagons, but worth a shot). Try John first. Good Luck! J |
Thanks so much! I'll check it out. We need the middle seat because
