Anyway, there're a couple folks on the list (Steve L. comes to mind) that
carry EV parts. From the Vanagon days, there's Ron at the Bus Depot(?), but
he's probably got a wider range of parts.
Anyway, welcome aboard!

I carry mostly accessories like tents, awnings, bike racks, wind deflectors,
screen kits and dash consoles. I'm trying to stay away from parts that are
related to repair or replacement. I'm currently working with a new floor mat
supplier and adding bras and Hella OEM foglights.

Ron at Bus Depot has some good prices, but he drop ships most items from his
suppliers. This is great if you can afford to wait for the part. If you
need something quickly, check with Steve at Europarts 858-451-0020
www.europarts-sd.com Steve stocks some of the most common EV parts.

A good VW dealer who will discount parts is Camelback VW in Arizona.

I just joined the group, so I'm sorry if this is a often repeated
question. Is there anyone else besides VWOA that carries EV parts? I
need a new catalytic converter for my '93 EV MV. This is a great
group. If anyone is keeping track, you can add one more EV which has
the infamous gas line leak. I reported it to the NHTSA, which is
easily done on their web site.

Thanks, Rod in west Texas

Prices vary widely. When I need a part I usually check these web pages and,
if I can't find the part on their site, I send them an email. I am looking
for a water pump right now. I got quotes anywhere from $45 to $130. So shop
around. Good luck. Have you considered getting a generic catalytic converter
at J.C. Whitney, for example?
