Hey everyone, great forum!
So I had my camper in storage for about a year (started up monthly, but never winterized) and recently had a total brake overhaul done.?
I figured there would be some cobwebs, but this one is tough. Starts and runs fine, but once it's warmed up, it just stalls out...no spark or fuel. Electrical seems fine, brand new battery, turns over great, just doesn't fire...an hour or two later and it starts w no problems.
Basically it dies in about 15 min of driving and in the time it takes a tow truck to come (1.5 hours), it starts right back up...presumably once it's cooled off...although I've never heard of 97's having any sort of cut off sensor. May not be temp related at all, but that's my only lead so far.?
Had it in the shop for 2 weeks and they couldn't diagnose it and thought it was fine...no charge, fortunately...died again on the ride home today, twice :(
I'm approaching 150,000 miles and am saving for a big overhaul, but would really like to get this worked out without sending it into the dealership.
