Help needed with radiator resistor for '93 EV

Sorry if this posts twice, but my mail is set to receive my own messages, and
this hasn't shown up.

I ordered radiator fan resistors from Europarts and went to install them
today. First I was told that I needed 2, but could only find one mounted
just under the battery. When I tried to replace it, the new one was a bit
larger than the old.

I checked my saved message file and came up with one from last August posted
by Norman, T4mv@..., who listed the old and new part numbers for the
a/c resistors.

It looks like they shipped me 2 a/c resistors instead of the radiator
variety. I'm not sure if these are interchangeable. The part number matches
the new part number listed in Norman's email, and the old part doesn't have
the same part number as the one Norman replaced.

At first I thought I ordered the wrong part, but my receipt says "cooling fan
resistor", and has the same part number that I received. 701 959 263D
Anyone know the correct part number?

The resistor that your looking at is the one for the rear heater. The ones
for the radiator fans are located underneath the driver side headlight
behind the metal body panel. The panel unbolts on one side and snaps in by
the turn signal.

Hope that helps

I'll check this out today. I couldn't find anything about this in Bentley.
