My wife and I want to travel this January for six months or so. Has
anyone done the same in a eurovan, is it feasible to buy one there and
resell it after travels are complete, or even bring it back to the
states (California).
Any thoughts or advise would be appreciated.

Backin the early eighties I shipped a Westphalia from New York to le Havre
in France and from Antwerp (Belgium) to Montreal. I would suggest trying to
find some army bases in Germany where they have people coming and going all
the time. I'm sure they will havecampers for sale. Selling it again is
another problem. Where are you going to sit and how are people going to call
you? They don't have camping places in the numbers that we have. How are you
going to co incide your return flight ticket with the sale of your rig? Now
you know why we shipped ours back
