creating a zenner (Zener) like floating point using BJT

john23 All Messages By This Member #99943 Hello , In the manual shown in the link the author says that the point I sighed in red arrow is floating at 2:46 and 32:20 time of the video. How is this floating happening? every potential needs reference, Why the pair of BJT shown in the red arrows is creating floating point? Thanks.
