Oops - I had a senior moment. The event at the Commonwealth Clubhouse in San Francisco next week is on Friday night, not Thursday night. New bill means electric cars could power homes: Newsom signed a measure into law that authorizes the California Energy Commission to require all electric vehicles sold in the state to offer “bidirectional” charging by 2027. It will allow cars to power homes for up to two to three days in case of a power outage. (from SJ Mercury News)
